Fire Pit Manager

We are looking to interview exceptional candidates who are committed to ongoing personal and professional growth and who are interested in a position as a full-time Fire Pit Manager. The Fire Pit Cultural Drop-In Centre is a street level, HIV/AIDS/HCV prevention and Harm Reduction program, founded in the philosophy of culture and healing as prevention. We seek a dynamic individual who can compassionately, comfortably, and confidentially work in an environment that respects diversity and has the ability to deal non-judgmentally with issues of addictions, poverty, homelessness, and the legacy of the colonization of Indigenous people.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Over a very short period of time, Positive Living North has seen an increase in the number of members accessing our services offered in all of our locations.

One way that we are able to keep up with the constantly changing and growing needs of members who access our programs and services is through the hard work and determination of our volunteers.

Positive Living North is grateful for the heartfelt effort and goodwill of those who have dedicated their time and energy to our members, organization and community. We also welcome practicum students from various fields such as the social services and health profession.

If you feel you would like to contribute in some way to our organization, please contact Positive Living North at 250.562.1172.

You can also fill out the Volunteer Application Form (below) and submit it either by email to info(At)positivelivingnorth(Dot)org. or by fax (250.562.3317).
